Orlando Premium Outlets Offer Concierge Service

Shopping until you drop just got easier at Orlando Premium Outlets!

Orlando Vineland Premium Outlets and Orlando International Premium Outlets have partnered with Bags Inc. to develop a concierge program that will help visitors maximize their shopping experiences. Concierge mobile kiosks will be strategically placed throughout the centers on Thursday – Monday from 10 a.m. – 8 p.m., and permanent locations will be available during center hours at valet locations.

Prices are as follows:

  • Package Check: $5
  • Delivery Services: $15 for the first bag and $7 for each additional bag. Packages delivered to any hotel within a 15-mile radius.
  • Luggage Wrap: $15 per bag

As part of the concierge program, specially trained greeters will be on-site at Orlando Premium Outlets to assist customers with day-to-day inquiries and more. Each greeter will be able to direct customers to any store on property, and will have flat maps and center programs to communicate current sale info, events and in-store promotions to customers. Simon Concierge will also offer package check, hotel package delivery and luggage-wrap services.

“Simon Concierge will assist our visitors with any inquiries they have, and will also help each shopper to navigate our center to maximize their experience at Orlando Premium Outlets,” said Lorena Garcia, area director of marketing and business development for Orlando Premium Outlets. “We are confident that this program will be beneficial for all of our shoppers, whether they are shopping for a specific look, or are spending a leisurely day shopping our center.”

Shoppers can also stop by Simon Concierge for information on Simon Gift Cards, Simon Youth Foundation, amenity locations, Simon Guest Services offerings and services, attraction tickets, foreign currency exchange, wheelchair and stroller rentals, payphone locations, bus drop off and pick up, and emergency contacts.

My name is Mark and I’m a mall-aholic. As a native Orlandoan, I’ve been visiting them since I can remember. I’ve also worked in a couple and consider myself a self-appointed expert. There’s been a lot of change when it comes metro Orlando’s mall landscape, and I’ve taken it upon myself to chronicle it. Each mall has a story to tell, and having graduated from the University of Central Florida and double majored in journalism and radio/television, I feel I’m best equipped to make those stories come alive here at Orlando Mall Guide. So whether you’re a local or a tourist needing a shopping break from the attractions, I’m your hookup.
